Our teachers are dedicated to creating a learning environment that is both challenging and supportive, helping students grow into confident, creative, and compassionate individuals.

Our beautiful campus in Bibra Lake provides an inspiring setting for learning, with natural surroundings that enhance the educational experience. As the only playgroup to Year 12 Steiner school in Western Australia, we are uniquely positioned to offer a seamless and continuous education that supports your child’s development at every stage.

Why choose Perth Waldorf School?

Perth Waldorf School offers an exceptional educational experience for your child. Based on the insights of Rudolf Steiner, our approach nurtures the whole child, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and practical skills. We aim to inspire a love of learning, a strong moral compass, and a deep appreciation for beauty and truth.

Aligned with their developmental stage

We follow the nationally accredited Australian Steiner Curriculum, nurturing the whole human through arts, practical learning and nature immersion. Grounded in Steiner education philosophy, our lessons are designed to address the developmental stages of children, ensuring that each subject strengthens their thinking, feeling, and willing capabilities. This holistic method supports balanced growth, preparing students for life with clarity of thought, sensitivity, and strength of will.

Rigorous curriculum

At Perth Waldorf School, we believe in a multi-dimensional education. Our students engage in a broad range of subjects, from academic excellence to artistic expression and practical skills. Every student participates in all curriculum areas, ensuring a well-rounded education that fosters independence, responsibility, and strength of character.

Unique learning environment

In the high school years, we focus on developing critical thinking and independent judgment. Students experience real-life learning alongside traditional classroom teaching, guided by passionate specialist teachers. This approach helps them understand and engage with the world in meaningful ways.

Pastoral care program

Our pastoral care program nurtures the idealism and individuality of adolescents. Each high school class has a dedicated coordinator who liaises between home and school, ensuring students feel supported throughout their educational journey.

Prepared for the future

Our graduates are well-equipped for the future, with many pursuing higher education and various professional paths. The education they receive at Perth Waldorf School prepares them to contribute positively to society, embracing change with confidence and compassion.
